Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. Creating an account offers perks like quick checkout, order history access, and updates on new releases and promotions.

What if I forgot my password?
Click “Lost password?” on the login page to create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address?
Contact us at support@hapidecor.com

We can update your email, name, or address before the order is processed. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.

Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are in US Dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply the daily exchange rate on the transaction date.

How secure is my online order?
All information is encrypted via SSL and securely sent to our payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Shipping & Processing

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Handling time is 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.

How do I set or change my shipping address?
Ensure your shipping address is complete and in English. Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery to US destinations is 6–12 business days (handling + transit). Transit time is 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed next business day after shipment.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices are tax-free in US Dollars. Customers are responsible for duties, import taxes, and customs fees. Delays due to customs are not our responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the invoice date.

How to request a return or refund:

1. Contact support@hapidecor.com

2. Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos if applicable.

3. Receive confirmation and a free return label if shipping is required.

Refund processing:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

- No restocking fees. Shipping for return is free when using the included return label.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Replacement shipping is free.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Missing or Incorrect Items

What if my order is missing items or contains errors?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Promotions

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Promotion codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
