We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition & Window:

Only new products are eligible for return.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product.

3. Receive support confirmation with return instructions.

Method & Fees:

- Returns can be processed by mail.

- A return label is included in the package at no additional cost.

- There are no restocking fees for returned items.

- Exchanges are accepted, and shipping for the replacement will be free.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
