1/ Is a refund possible if I am dissatisfied with my purchase or simply no longer want it?
Return Window : we accept returns and refund requests within 30 days.
You are eligible for a refund if the issues stem from product quality, within 30 days of your invoice date.
2/ How long does it take to receive a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period from receipt by HapiDecor.
3/ What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?
If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information, such as custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.
4/ How should I prepare my shipment for return?
You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
5/ Can I exchange my items?
To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
