R E F U N D
- Because all items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work).
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
- Shirt size is wrong.
- Shirt color is wrong.
- Design is wrong.
- Text is wrong.
- Cancellations or changes can only be may within 5 hours of ordering.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Refund: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
