Because each product is made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns for personalization errors. However, if your gift arrives damaged or if there's an error on our part, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll be happy to assist you.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Refund: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
