We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

The angler fish is aimed 'up', not level like one would expect; I think it was meant to represent the angler fish off the Spanish shore. Ordered the seventh of July, USPS and Etsy estimated it would arrive between the twelfth and twenty-third. I messaged the vendor on the fifteenth after eight days of its status reading 'pre-transit'; other reviews have commented on similar issues as well. The vendor hadn't really clarify anything, only implied it was the USPS's fault, despite 'pre-transit' meaning they hadn't dropped it off after eight days. It arrived today, the 21st.
Ultimately, it's not bad quality, but the vendor won't follow Etsy's anticipated arrival. If you have a deadline, message the vendor and tell them you would like a timely order or find another vendor.
