This item was a gift. The person liked item, but I have not seen it. I assume it was good quality. It was shipped 3 days after I ordered, however it arrived 15 days later. When I asked customer service about it, I was told the following, "Since our products are made-to-order, they typically require 4ā5 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before shipping. Thatās why the tracking might not have updated just yet." 10 days had already passed before I reached out, which was more than the 4-5 business days. I wish they had just said that they were sorry for the delay and would take care of it. They did get the order moving forward that day, which was good.
