We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we donโt ship on weekends.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
