We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Refund: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

We loved our sign! It arrived on time and exactly as described. We made some adjustments and customer service was speedy, professional and pleasant. We couldn’t have been happier!
The personalization is great, the colors are bright. Shipping took longer than the stated shipping arrival date on the order. The banner is very wrinkly and I will have to figure out how to iron the somewhat shiny fabric without damaging it. The bottom of some of the letters are a little cut off at the bottom of the banner where it was folded to hem. Overall, it will be a nice banner for my event.
